Property Technician at Lassila & Tikanoja

The Position

The role of an experienced Property Technician primarily involves corrective maintenance, planned maintenance, supervision, and management of properties, with a particular focus on substations and ventilation systems. We offer a varied job where you will have the opportunity to work with many different types of facilities.

The position is located at one of Stockholm's largest hospitals, where you will work in a complex, sensitive, and technically advanced environment.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Independent planning and execution of supervision, management, and maintenance of all objects within the properties.
Troubleshooting and analysis of complex problems as well as assessment of necessary actions.
Follow-up of completed work and quality assurance of efforts from other technicians.
Operational and energy optimization to reduce tenant impact, environmental impact, and improve resource efficiency is part of the mindset needed to excel in the job.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in corrective maintenance as well as supervision and management of substations and ventilation systems in properties.
Education in property technology or equivalent work experience.
Very good understanding of how supervision and management actions affect maintenance needs.
Experience in operation and service work within properties.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical problems and assess appropriate actions.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Driver's license (B).

Meritorious

Hot work certificate.
Pneumatic tube competence or training in pneumatic tube technology.
Authorization in electrical and plumbing work.
Experience in systematic fire protection work and sprinkler systems.
Experience in operational optimization and control technology.
